I'm from Sweden, just like IKEA. ;) It was probably the word "flygel", that is the swedish word for a grand piano (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piano#Grand). He didn't pronounce it right, though! But swedish is a hard language to pronounce if you're speaking English. ;)
